Quality policy Contact Log in Previous WWWThe Management Board of Remak S.A. announces that on January 12, 2012 it got to know the information on signing an agreement between Alstom Boiler Deutschland GmbH. as the principal, and Remak S.A as the contractor.
The agreement covers the erection of the pressure part and boiler pipings' the new Unit with power of 600 MW fired with lignite coal in TES Plant, Sostanj Slovenia.
The value of the contract amounts to 36,400.00 thousand EUR (the equivalent of 162,096.48 thousand PLN).
The assignment shall be executed from June 2012 till October 2013.
Accession to the contract will take place after receiving the order from Principal, which is expected within 2-3 weeks.
The total value of fines for unpunctual execution of the order – up to 15 % of the total contract value.
The criterion of acknowledging the agreement as master agreement is 10 % of own capital of the Issuer.
