QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Management Board of the Enterprise for Modernizations of Power Engineering Equipment expresses its Quality Policy as:
PERFORMING SERVICES AND PRODUCING GOODS
WHICH FULFIL THE QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
AND MEET THE CLIENTS’ EXPECTATIONS.
Main quality objectives, concordant with the general economic intentions of the enterprise are the following:
- Keeping up to the pace with technological and organizational progress as well as constant improving of quality thresholds through investments in e.g. technological development of the company and implementing new organizational systems.
- Maintaining the already possessed licences and acquiring the new ones, obtaining certificates, authorizations of national and foreign classification associations with regard to market needs and meeting the expectations of each client.
- Maintaining the high level of quality and efficiency of work through specialising of employees’ expertise and work organization.
- Phase objectives related to them will be passed on to the knowledge of all the employees each time, after their determination.
