Born in 1943, a graduate of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice with the title of Mechanical Engineer with Master Degree.

In 1967-1972 he worked in Zakłady Azotowe "Kędzierzyn" (Kędzierzyn Nitrogen Plant) on the position of the Manager of the Repairs Department of Combined Heat and Power Plant.

In 1972-1985 worked in “Blachownia” Power Plant in Kędzierzyn-Koźle as a Main Expert for Boiler Issues and as the Investments Department Manager.

Since 1985 he has been working for Remak S.A., between 1985-1987 as a Master, then as a Director of the Export Site in Oroszlany near Budapest.

In 1988 he became the Director for Production, then a Member of the Management Board and in 2001 appointed the President of the Management Board.

Born in 1954, a graduate of Academy of Economics in Wrocław, Faculty of Management and Informatics.

In 1978-1979 she was employed in Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Betonów (Concrete Industry Plant) in Kluczbork as an Inspector, afterwards between 1979-1986 in Opolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane (Opole Construction Company) on the following positions: Specialist and Economic Department Deputy Manager.

Since 1986 she has been connected with Remak S.A. as the Cost Politechniki Department Manager and Chief Accountant. Since 1993 she has performed the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Economic and Financial Issues.

Born in 1954, a graduate of Faculty of Power Engineering of the Silesian University in Gliwice.

In 1980-2002 he worked in Energomontaż - Zachód Wrocław and Energomontaż - Zachód Opole sp. z o.o. on the following positions: Unit Manager, Site Manager on the following construction sites: Rybnik Power Plant, Opole Power Plant, Schwarze Pumpe Plant - Germany, Schweinfurt Combined Heat and Power Plant – Germany and as a Deputy Manager for Technical Issues of the Representative Office of Elektromontaż - Zachód Wrocław in Dusseldorf.

In 1996-2002 he worked as a Technical Director and President of Energomontaż - Zachód  Opole sp. z o.o. , and then as a Director of the Branch Energomontaż - Zachód SA Wrocław.

In 2002-2003 he played the function of the Director for Implementation and Sales in Sefako S.A.

Since 2003 has been employed in Remak S.A. on the position of the Director for Production and since 2005 he has performed the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board and the Director for Implementation.

Born in 1955, a graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. In addition, he completed a training in Welding Technology and a Training of European Welding Engineer (holder of the EWE certificate) at the Institute of Welding in Gliwice.

In 1980-1984 employed in BUMAR-Fablok Chrzanów on the following positions: the technologist and then manager of Welding Technology Unit.

In 1984-1986 employed in PBM PW Katowice on the following positions: welding technologist and then Assembly Manager.

In 1993-1995 worked as a Main Welding Technologist in ZRE Krakow.

In 1995-2000 employed in Polimex-Cekop Warsaw as the Manager of Assembly Contract in Germany and as the Representative for Technical Issues in the Technical Office in Dusseldorf.

In 2000-2002 he played the function of the President of the Management Board in Polimex-Energo Sp. z o.o. Krakow and Contract Director in Niederausem - Germany - at the construction of the 960 MW boiler.

In 2002-2006 employed in REMAK S.A. Opole as a Director of 460 MW boiler construction in Pątnów and two assembly contracts in Germany.

In 2006-2008 worked as the Assembly Department Director in Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Warsaw – Power Engineering Plant.

Since 2008 has been playing the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board of REMAK S.A.

Born in 1955 he is a graduate of executive MBA and post-graduate studies in Management and Marketing.

In 2001-2002 he performed the function of the Vice-president of the Office for Physical Culture and Sport, in 2002-2003 the President of the Management Board of TP Teltech sp.z o.o., TP S.A. Group, 2004-2005 a Vice-minister of National Sports and Education, 2005 – main advisor of the Prime Minister, 2006 – representative of the Management Board of Bumar Group for strategies and audit of subsidiary companies, 2006-2007 a member of the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Metalowe (Metal Plant) Kraśnik sp. z o.o., 2006-2007 a member of the Supervisory Board of Ursus sp.z o.o., from 2007 a Representative of the President of the city of Warsaw for the organization of Euro 2012.

Born in 1960, a graduate of Faculty of Water Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. He has vast experience in general and engineering construction.

In 1987-1990 he worked in the investor’s supervision at the implementation of city heat-generating plant and the conditioning station in PRI Łomża.

In 1991-2004 worked in Warbud S.A. on the positions from the Site Manager to the Director. During this time he managed the construction sites in Warsaw and in the territory of the whole Poland. Most significant investments are high-rise buildings "Fim Tower" and "Daewoo” in Warsaw, Border Crossing in Kuźnica Białostocka and engineering facilities in Warsaw: Siekierkowski Bridge, road junction Czerniakowska, "Oświata" housing development at ul. Racławicka.

In 2001-2004 he performed the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of Warbud S.A., he was responsible for creating regional structures of the company and development of engineering construction and ecological construction.

In March 2005 he took up work in Mostostal Warszawa S.A. on the position of the Director for Production, and then the General Director. In 2005 he was appointed a member of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

Born in 1968, a graduate of the University of Salamanca with the title of Master of Science in Economics and Management.

Since 1995 he has been connected with Necso Entrecanales Cubiertas S.A., where in 1995-1998 he was the Cost Control Manager at the implementation of the Doukkala Tunnel in Morocco and from 1997 he also performed the function of Administrative Manager at this project.

In 1998-2002 he was the Administrative Manager and Cost Control Manager at the organisational unit of Necso Entrecanales Cubiertas S.A. in Lebanon, and in years 2002-2004 he performed the function of the Administrative Manager and Cost Controller of the Company in the Castilla-La Mancha Region.

Since 2005 he has been a Representative of Necso Entrecanales Cubiertas S.A. on the Polish market and the Main Auditor in Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

Born in 1973, a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Economic Sciences with the degree of Master of Arts.

From 1996 connected with Mostostal Warszawa S.A., where till the end of 1998 she worked as a specialist for economic affairs at the Department of Economy.

In 1999 she was a Deputy Manager of the Department of Economy and in 2000-2001 the Manager of the Department of Economy.

From 2001 she has been playing the function of the Director for Management Information.

Born in 1951, possesses higher education in the field of civil engineering.

Currently, he performs the function of the Director For Production in Mostostal Warszawa S.A.
