The Management Board of Remak S.A informs that on November 23, 2011 it signed an agreement for granting a credit limit within the multi-purpose line up to the amount of PLN 20,000 with Bank Ochrony Åšrodowiska S.A.
The Agreement is binding till November 09, 2014. The Management Board of Remak S.A announces that on 10th November 2011 it obtained information on signing agreement between Alstom Power Sp. z o.o. Thermal Systems Poland as principal, a Remak S.A. as contractor.
The agreement covers the execution of disassembly and assembly in the modernization of electrofilters in units 7 – 12 in BeÅ‚chatów Plant. With reference to the current report No. 2/2005 dated January 07, 2005 informing about the charge of the Regional Prosecutors Office in Opole towards members of the Management Board of acting to the detriment of the company in order to achieve private financial gain by signing the contracts for the provision of advertising services, we hereby inform that we have received the judgment of the Appeal Court in WrocÅ‚aw as of June 30, 2011 affirming the judgment of the Regional Court in Opole stating that members of the Management Board are not guilty of the alleged charges. The judgment is final. The Management Board of Remak SA in relation to current reports No. 2/2011 informs about the change of the deadline for submitting the mid-year report for the first half of 2011 from 31 August 2011 to 11 August 2011. The Management Board of Remak S.A. announces that on 8th June 2011 the Supervisory Board of the Company chose Ernst&Young Audit Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, ul Rondo ONZ 1, entered in the register of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under number 130.
